great nearby parks and dining options for weekend adventures
I had a wonderful time exploring the North Chagrin Reservation, which is just a short drive away, and also enjoyed the delicious tacos at Condado Tacos, only a few minutes away, making my weekend stay truly enjoyable and packed with local flavor. While the overall experience met my needs, a more spacious grab-and-go breakfast area would certainly enhance the convenience further.

Had a great time with friends exploring the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and checking out some local golf spots. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was super professional. Definitely a good spot for a group getaway.
Only downside was the lack of coffee supplies when we checked in. It was disappointing not to have a coffee pot ready to go.

Crazy check-in chaos!
So, I stayed for a night and it was definitely a mixed bag. The front desk staff was super nice and changed my room when the first one was a total mess. Ugh, the bed was unmade and dirty sheets were a real bummer. Plus, the location was really good for me. Just need to get the housekeeping sorted out and I'd be happy!

More accessible seating in the common areas.

I loved my stay here, especially the outdoor grill area and the cozy fire pit that helped me relax after a long day. The only downside was the small breakfast offering, which could use a bit more variety, but it definitely didn’t ruin my overall experience. I'd recommend checking in early to enjoy the facilities fully! 🌟

The Queen Studio features a well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for preparing meals on the fly. The room layout offers ample space for a comfortable stay, making it easier to settle in and unwind after a long day.
The check-in process felt like a bad hyperspace jump. it dragged on for over an hour due to the system being down. The cleanliness could use some work—found moldy caulking in the bathtub, and the toilet had a stubborn flushing problem. Plus, the morning coffee just didn't pack the punch I was hoping for, being weaker than a Wookiee on a diet.

Comfortable bed and hot shower, but noisy entry door startled me awake.

Family with children beware
The kitchen was stripped of everything like a bad setup in a chemistry lab, but at least the bathroom was clean. One night, there was a loud storm outside and I was surprised to see how well the windows held up against the noise, much like a tight lid on a poorly mixed batch.
It wasn’t cheap but I thought it was acceptable enough at first.

I was pleasantly surprised by how warm and cozy the breakfast was, especially on chilly mornings, and how spacious my room felt despite the austere setting. The TV had some great channels that made for a relaxing time after a long day. However, the bed was quite uncomfortable, and I had hoped for better sleep quality. I don't think I'll be back.
